We have taken our case for verfied elections all the way to the Florida Supreme Court. On October 31, 2007 the Appellate Court of Florida overturned our county charter amendment for paper ballots and mandatory audits of elections in a 2-1 split decision. SAFE appealed the decision to the Florida Supreme Court, because this issue is considered a "matter of great public importance".  We are still waiting for the final ruling. Thank you for your contributions to this effort. All contributions are most welcome. We MUST prevail, for the sake of all 19 home rule charter counties in Florida and for all Florida voters.
